This is a great place to workout! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Lots of classes to choose from for any skill level. The instructors are knowledgeable and can help modify any workout if needed.

The hops class was awesome!! Everyone was so friendly and personable. I’ll admit I was nervous at first because I didn’t think I could keep up and I am pretty uncoordinated, but you have the ability to go at your own speed. 10/10 would recommend and already booked my next class!
