Says their open online arrived at 11:30am their sign on the door says their open but they were closed Monday they were closed came back at 1pm still closed this has occurred several times where it says their open but we drive all the way there and they are closed hours of operation are crazy never know fo sure when they are open or closed

I cannot say I've had a terrible or great experience with this business. The usual issues arise. Wrong or misleading information given at times. Receptionist really don't like anyone disagreeing or saying their wrong. For example. I was one told I couldn't use both of my insurance. Reached out to my insurance and there was no reason I wasn't able to. Overall had a decent experience there. Tho I am curious. Has anyone else gone there regularly and told by the doctor that one eye or another was slightly worse but never adjust your prescription? Anyone else experience that there? Is it normal for your eyes to get worse but your doctor not adjust your prescription?...read full review
