Christina Marshall did a phenomenal job. I throughly enjoyed my massage this morning. I appreciated how informative she was in teaching me more about my body and areas I can work on to release muscle tension. I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis pain and tennis elbow and my feet and elbow finally feel less pain. I will definitely be back.

I wanna take a minute to recommend two awesome local businesses 😎. I don’t get a ton of free time or time away from the shop, so when I do I try to make it count, my back was in excruciating pain the last week or so and Gantz Chiropractic straightened me out but my lower back was still extremely tense and sore which is normal with how out of whack I was. I scheduled a 90 minute appointment for cupping and massage with Christina at Peak Performance Holistic Health Center, LLC. It’s not the first time I’ve been to Peak, but it is the first time that Christina has helped me and she did excellent! I know it would really help her to go online and fill up her schedule locally! 👏🏼
