Reasonable prices
I have been going to that building for all of my dogs and cats for approximately 46 years. The current staff and doctors have been very friendly. Accommodating on urgent issues. I trust their suggestions and options. I very much appreciated the sympathy they have given during a time of loss and the time they give to grieve there in the office. The post loss card they send is also very much appreciated. The building is very clean. I have never had an issue with the cost of the services, testing, medication, etc.. Very clean environment, professional staff, they seem to be certified in fear free care. The Dr. was exceptional. Communicated everything clearly. Set realistic expectations for care. He went as far at the sit on the floor with my dog through the whole visit to help acclimate him to his new environment and people. Made recommendations to wait to conduct certain requests to allow my dog to have a positive experience on his first visit! Only our first visit, but I can’t speak highly enough about this team of professionals.
