I was attempted to be delivered by old Dr Costin December 11 - 14, 1977 at Mary Rutan hospitol. My mother was 16 years old. She went into labor on December 11th. He left her in labor for 3 days, and used force on her and me, the baby, that can be seen in my first photo. My face is all smashed. After 3 days he decided to call the surgeon to perform a c section. This is what medical trauma looks like. This is what classism looks like. Personally if there was an option to give zero stars I would have chosen that. To start out, I have never met a more unfriendly office staff in my life… and I work front office in the medical field with people like them everyday! They are verbal short/unhelpful and honestly act like they could care less about a patient. They did not even let me book an appointment until they verified my insurance (what if I wanted to pay cash). I wasn’t even asked. Not to mention I made an appointment a month out, and when that day finally came, they said they couldn’t find it and had no recollection of it in the system. My wife been going Doctor couple times. We had trouble getting to doctor appointments do to her surgery and complications she devolop after surgery. Found out Doctor doesn't take sick walk ins. We was kept being reffered to E R or Specialists. Staff wasn't prompt or prefessional to return our calls with our concerns. Seems like office more cared about insurance check than the health needs of patients.
