With my approval and schedule, Heatwave flew a drone over my house to take photos of our pool that they installed. The process was simple and easy. The crew even did the work to get the pool area looking great such as moving furniture and opening umbrellas. They sent me the photos which turned out beautiful. We enjoy our Heatwave pool and appreciate the drone work.

I chose Heatwave Pools based on recommendations from my neighborhood Facebook page, and couldn’t be happier with the installation and service. The owner, Paul, stopped by several times during the process to make sure everything was going as planned. We had several challenges during the installation, but Paul and his team made sure that EVERYTHING was to my satisfaction. The pool had to be moved to a different area of my yard, which meant extra digging, removal of my old deck, additional concrete, and completely reconfiguring the pump, piping, electrical, etc. All of this work was done by his crew at no extra expense, and I am so happy with the results. At first I wasn’t thrilled with the positioning of the pool, but Paul assured me that by the time they were done it would look like part of the landscape. And he was right! I love love love the results, the customer service, and the personal attention. As a single woman, I have had my share of shady contractors trying to take advantage. But with Heatwave, I didn’t have to worry. They communicated with me just about every day during the process and responded quickly to all my questions/concerns. This is my first pool, and I’m so glad I chose the best company for the job. The best!

I had a new liner installed in my pool. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The crew was fast and great to work with. The longest part of the process was deciding which liner pattern I wanted. I really like the one I chose and the way the water shimmers and the sun bounces off the design in the pattern. I'm glad my neighbor recommended me to you guys. Thank you.
