I had a queen quilted bedspread cleaned and it was beautiful. There were two small spots of dirt from my puppy and they washed right out. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered to help me get it to the car and cautioned that I not trip over the long bag since I'm very short.

When they say your clothes will be ready by 5PM, what they really mean is, the vans carrying your clothes from their central processing facility will show up by 5PM. Your clothes will most likely not be ready for about another 30 minutes or the next morning. Got tired of waiting as they were trying to help other customers pick up *and* finish processing clothes that had just come in from their facility.
