Horrible service. They have a coupon on their site for 20% off. I presented it when I dropped off my clothes and when I picked up they refused to honor it. Said the girl who checked me in did not apply the coupon. That was not my fault as I presented it and she acknowledged it. When asked to speak with the manager she said the same. Do not trust a company who does not stand behind their own promises. Will never go there again.Service: Clothes pressing

Why are you blasting music at 3am? No consideration for the people behind you that actually reside in the apts and are suppose to be sleeping. But you can't because your employees think it's cool to be blasting music at 3am.

They continued to tag through my clothes, despite me requesting on multiple occasions to not put holes in my blouses. Contacted customer service and never heard back. I will not continue to use their services.
