Found exam room to be dirty. Dust on the exam equipment, dirt smudges on sink cabinets sides, what looked like black tacky stuff on exam table cushion sides, accumulated dust on ledges. IMO, house keeping not doing a very good job. Lack of good communications between nurses and receptionist's. Nurses and receptionist were friendly. 45 minute wait time. Doctor was receptive, considerate, efficient and to the point.
