Everyone at Oaks, from Jason, the estimator, to Mark, Colin, and Kasey, the project managers, was wonderful to work with. They were so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable and responded promptly to questions and concerns. They kept us informed every step of the way. Jason and Mark were extraordinary. We were also very impressed by the roofing crew, who worked steadily the entire time they were here, with none of the blaring radios, smoking, and long breaks of the company who’d replaced the roof previously. We highly recommend Oaks.

Great services. Amazing!!!
The work was done, efficiently and quick once started. We signed the initial paperwork and it took over a month for the project to be completed. We were told by the salesman that all costs would be included but when they got here the cost changed due to replacing boards. We only decided to do the project because we were given discounts to get it within our budget but then he called after the 3 day cancelation period to tell us that he couldn't get us one of the discounts, which with the boards and increased cost puts it outside our budget range.
