The install went just fine and product looks great, however, the communication and scheduling of our install was fraught with confusion. We had to call multiple times and even then, were given incorrect information as to when our install was scheduled. If they could correct that part of their business, it would be a much smoother situation.

Joshua was the sales consultant that gave us the quote and was great on working with us to shift the freezer around etc. We love the garage floor- huge improvement from the cracked and peeling concrete. We did need to have a repair made but that was handled quickly and looks great . Nature Stone has checked in with us multiple times to access our satisfaction with the product and service.
