Seth did an amazing job with our air duct cleaning from start to finish. He explained the process thoroughly and was very detailed. He was very kind and courteous!!! Would highly recommend! Personable and kind to our family! Thank you Seth and Mighty Ducts team!
The workers were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. I had my HVAC duct and dryer line cleaned. There was a ton of lint that came out of the dryer vent and fell on the ground. They did their best to clean up the lint. You would think their would be a better way to catch the lint.
They did a great job! The two gentlemen that came to work on the cleaning were very friendly. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five stars is because their cost is about $20 more expensive than a competitor. Plus, Mighty Ducts charges a $15 credit card fee on top of that, which the competitor did not charge me. I wrote them a check to avoid the $15 fee. The only reason I used them instead of the competitor I used last year was to see if there was any real difference between how each of them did it. To be honest, I will go back to the other company next time I need my dryer vent cleaned.
