5 years ago they were awesome! Wil Nixon was my sales rep. Experience was professional, nice and effective at communication. I recently got gutters by reaching out to Wil. The workers randomly showed up one day without any warning. I was thankful that I happened to be home that day. the workers broke some of my pots and expensive flower bulbs. The manager didn't even want to help or credit me. Wil was very impersonal. I even talked to him about it. I looked past all that and asked about siding my garage. I had to chase them for quotes, etc. Wil basically hung up on me today. I no longer recommend Final Touch and it makes me sad because I had such a good experience my first time. I recommended them to friends in the past, but not anymore. I called the office too, no response!
Our insurance tried to not pay for damage to our siding after a bad storm. Final Touch went to work for us immediately to make sure we were covered, and did an amazing job! Dayna and Tad were our primary contacts, and they were both excellent to work with. Thank you, Final Touch! We will definitely recommend you to others!
Final Touch Construction & Remodeling did an incredible job! We needed a few things "re-done" properly after others had done things incorrectly. A new ridge vent which is very important for attic ventilation, properly vented bathroom exhaust fans, and a properly vented kitchen range hood vent were all accomplished today. The work is impeccable and there was absolutely no mess left behind. Highly recommend!
