I started using UAI when I had trouble getting an appointment at a previous agency. I had some complex issues in my personal tax situation. I was also in the process of launching a business and needed to be sure I the tax situation was correct. The whole process was a breeze. I liked all the options. I could schedule an in-person or virtual appointment, select the appointment length (15, 30 and 60 minutes) and I could do it all online. My wife's coworker recommended Stephen Updegraff at UAI quite a few years ago, and I'm so glad we took their advice. Stephen has been consistently accurate and timely with our tax returns. He does phenomenal work finding the best possible outcome for our family, expertly navigating my wife's income alongside my self-employment as a Realtor.
