Came in today, for the first time. Was totally impressed with being greeted the minute I walked through the door by Makayla (gosh, I hope that is spelled right). She immediately took me to her station, listened to what I wanted/didn’t want and got to work. She was friendly and professional, and I really enjoyed the experience. I will be back!!!!

Top Knot provides a great atmosphere to get a haircut. The employees are very friendly and offer exellect hospitality. Gracie was able to book my appointment and cut my hair with in 48 hours. I had to film a commercial the next day, and she was able to work around our schedules to help me. 5/5 because I would recommend anyone get their haircut or styled there.

This place was great. Staff was very friendly and seemed to be a workplace that supports one another. Kelly worked hard to find me an appointment time in a pinch! This is a positive place to get your hair done. They did an awesome job adhering to best practices for COVID mitigation. Shay did my color and adjusted as needed with no hesitation, making sure I was comfortable and happy. Melanie was ordering coffees and offered to get me one for when I left the salon :) I highly recommend! This was the second time Shay did my hair (once prior to COVID pandemic, and once today). A+ all around
