Rhonda was extremely helpful and patient throughout our selling experience. She had a team of skilled workers to prep it to be sellable after previous tenants left it extremely damaged. From carpets to masonry to painting and general handyman work, she did a great job coordinating all need prep work and repairs.
I feel like I'm understating how diligent she was in making sure it was ready to hit the market, but when it was ready, she found a buyer within 4 days of listing it. We lived in a different time zone at the time of all the work, and she was very flexible and accommodating with her communication.

Rhonda is by far the Best realtor we could have asked for. She went above and beyond showing us homes mid pandemic over FaceTime. She never wasted our time with homes out of our price range or that didn’t meet the parameters of what we wanted. She was straightforward about what was and wasn’t available.
