I cannot say enough good things about Jill and her team. They are rock stars! Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and extremely easy to work with, they took a stressful situation and made it look easy. They took care of absolutely everything, from contractors to inspectors and everything in between. No detail was too small and nothing was overlooked. They even staged the whole house! They were conscientious about our budget for repairs and improvements and even came in under budget for most of them. Sold our property in 1 day for full asking price.The best real estate experience I have ever had, and I will absolutely be calling them again. Thanks Team Jill!

Had a great experience working with Jill and her team. Communication was always prompt and clear even though a number of individuals were involved which required a good deal of flexibility. We worked closely with Lynn who went out of her way to address numerous issues to our satisfaction and handled matters for us when we were out of town. She was also a fantastic resource for services in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area and she had a great sense of style and made helpful suggestions regarding changes we were considering making in the home we were purchasing. We are grateful for their assistance.
