I recently had to put our family cat down due to behavioral issues and they made the process so smooth and they were extremely understanding and supportive of our decision. definitely will recommend them in the future.
I’ve been going to Dr Tracy for over 30 years. She made my anxious dog less anxious when n we had him. In the past 15 + years she has taken care of my cats. Very caring staff and she showed compassion to my animals.
I don't care for the fact that they do not want you in the treatment room with your pet. This is something they started during COVID and it seems they can not move away from that.
