Dr Tracy and the nurses are good at their jobs and welcoming, never had any bad experiences as far as they go. Becky, their receptionist, on the other hand lived up to the reputation you see here in the reviews. If my wife and I brought it upon ourselves that would be one thing, like if we were rude or abusive owners, but the customers are the enemy to her clearly lol.
Been taking our "fuzzy family members" here for years. One of the best vets we have ever dealt with. They are quick to assist, LOVE our family, use the best care and wouldnt recommendation anyone else but Indian Ripple
It's obvious they actually care about animals here, which sounds like it should be obvious, but isn't the experience I've had at other vets, unfortunately. They treated my pets with the care and respect they deserve as a member of my family. Highly recommend!
