“When I visit the salon, it’s not just about the cut and color, it’s about the WHOLE experience for me. Not only does Katie-Ann deliver top notch quality in cut, color, and styling, but she goes beyond…way beyond! Before my appointment she will text me a COMPLIMENTARY menu of beverages and snacks!! No need to make sure your pockets and handbag are stuffed with survival snacks for 4 hrs in the chair! And by the way, with her toasty warm bean bags, you actually WANT to spend 4hrs in HER chair! And SURPRISE! There’s yet another fresh and toasty beanbag waiting for you in the wash basin chair! I mean come on, this is the utmost forethought in quality customer care! The wash basin is also the MOST comfortable basin I’ve ever experienced (worldwide). It has a flat headrest so that you don’t leave with a neck-strain headache, which not even those toasty beanbags can prevent!
In the winter months, she will offer all the comforts I’ve mentioned above, AND she will tuck you in with a divinely plush fleece blankie!!! Just thinking of all the divineness I get to experience when I go see Katie-Ann, is making me want to book an appointment, just to get my hair washed and styled, even though I’ve just been to see her only 2 weeks ago!
Katie-Ann, your work is impeccable, you are the most fun to chat to (spa-day therapy!), you listen to my hair woes and goals, you commiserate with my life woes and celebrate the joys with me, and I wish I could come get pampered by you every week of my life! You are the BEST, and I feel SO taken care of when I’m in your hands!
