It's wild to me how highly this place is rated compared to what I've experienced. I was rescheduled twice, had to wait for forever in the patient room then Dr Hahn bursts in combining about "corporate" and immediately tries to sell skin products to me when I was just there to have a mole checked out. While the front desk is super nice and helpful, Dr Hahn and the back of house staff are cold salespeople only looking to get patients moving in and out and not wasting the providers' times while wasting plenty of the patients' time. Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is technically I did have my mole looked at and removed so I did technically accomplish my goal. Did...read full review
I have been in this places care now for a couple years and they have seriously helped my skin more than I could ever imagine!! JEN BRYANT is my hero! She correctly diagnosed my skin condition, has given me the healthiest skin and more confidence than I've ever had. She will be greatly missed!!
The front desk was pleasant. Holly Hahn is prejudiced, rude, and dismissive. She walked into the room and went on and on about how our insurance wouldn’t cover anything. She told us we should try over the counter solutions but didn’t give me any ideas. She had barely been in the room for 5mins and was ready to leave until I stopped to ask if she looked at my daughters pictures and what otc products we could use. She continued to try and talk over me and interrupt me until I asked her to stop interrupting me and let me speak.
