Can not say enough positive things about this company and James. Basement flooded from all the rain we got on Aug 20th, called them that morning and James was out there in only a couple hours to give me an estimate and some insight on how to mitigate losses. Would highly recommend!
We were victims of the crazy rainfall during August 2026, causing our basement to flood. I contacted Active Restoration and James came out the same day. Work started the next day, and by the end of the weekend, our basement was dry. They were quick, affordable and professional. Our entire experience with Active Restoration has been top notch, first was wind damage to siding which they fixed within days of us calling and doing an excellent job. Second was a complete roof that stemmed from a little leak in our bathroom ceiling. Once the roof was done the ceiling was completed in about 4 hours. Their knowledge and willingness to work with their customer is stellar. Thank you all for your customer service and jobs very well done.
