I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 15 years, and today was a reminder of exactly why. Dr. Adelstein went above and beyond for me in a situation where I truly thought I had no choice but to get a root canal — something multiple other dentists had insisted was necessary. Instead, with care, expertise, and precision, he managed to save the tooth and treat it with just a filling. I left not only relieved, but genuinely moved by the level of thoughtful care I received.

I recently had a dental emergency where an old filling of mine somehow fell out. I contacted Dr. Richard Adelstein immediately to explain the situation and to request that he handle my dental emergency, and he worked with me and handled my situation promptly and cordially. And the new filling he put in has been holding up well. If it had not been for Dr. Richard Adelstein, I wouldn't have been able to eat until my filling was replaced once I could have received an appointment during normal business hours. I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally.
