I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I've been fortunate that I've had very little needed in the way of higher order care--nothing beyond regular cleanings and the occasional filling repair. Recently, I needed my first crown on a big molar--and the process was straightforward, any discomfort was extremely well-managed, and I knew exactly what to expect at each of the 2 appts required for the procedure. My original molar is now well-protected under a perfectly made and fitting high-quality crown and even if something goes awry--I have confidence that the remedy will be addressed quickly and professionally. Ricky and co. are the best thing about living in Ohio. Best dentist we could have hoped for during our time in Cleveland. You needn't look any further. This is your dental office.

I had to find a new dentist because my long-time dentist retired. I found Dr. Lempel, fortunately. Her staff was courteous, the COVID precautions were smooth and professional, and she was excellent and thorough.
