I have been going to this salon for many, many years only to find out this year that this Lush Salon is not a place for colored people to go. Yesterday, l almost lost my cool with a technician. My appointment was at 11:30 and the wrote down 11:00. I have never been late for my appointments. In fact, 11:30 is written on my calendar, which l always do. Their receptionist wrote the time down wrong and they placed the blame on me. I have talked to other colored who experienced not so nice at Lush. Went there today as a walk in, (which I could tell this place is usually one you should make an appointment at), and Tom was very friendly and was able to fit me in for a fill. I asked if I could use my own polish (I had been refused by two other salons) and Tom and Kathy were like yes, let’s see it! And they both complemented the cool color I bought. The place is bright, welcoming, and clean. Everyone was nice. Will definitely return!

Service requested: 4 out 5 two pedicures one no polish one gel Both scheduled for 1:30pm Pedicurest took us back and was kind enough to start my water and I was told my lady was finishing up.... By 1:50pm of sitting in cold water I was over it. But my pedicurest made up with it her personality. Very hospitable and gave clear instructions Gina 5 out of 5 thank you! Would try again Quality: 4 out of 5 Receptionist: piss poor horrible attitudes some people can multitask they can not!
