Garfield 1-2323 sided our house 5-6 years ago, and we recently noticed one of the panels had come loose. Even in the crazy northeast Ohio weather we've been having, they came out, repaired the panel and didn't even charge a thing! This company has repaired something previously (that was related directly to the install) in the same manner - without charge, and without issue. They seem to really back their work and we would recommend them without hesitation!

I rarely write reviews, but I must make an exception for Garfield. I asked Garfield to give me a second opinion on a skylight leak on my son's 100 + year old home in Cleveland Heights. They responded immediately, with an inspection and quote for the skylight issue as well as a quote for roof replacement that I requested. The roof replacement and skylight repair quote was tens of thousands of dollars less than the quote from the first company. While that was good news, the better news is their customer service. Our roofing, siding, windows and gutters were updated by Garfield 1-2323 just over one year ago. No problems have surfaced and we are very pleased with the outcome. The materials and workmanship are top quality. We certainly would work with them again. Highly recommended!
