Chagrin Cleaners & Tailors is amazing!!! My daughter had a dress malfunction the day before her prom. After hearing what happened, they agreed to tailor a new dress with a less than a day’s notice. Even though they were swamped with other orders, they were so kind and fit her dress into their schedule. They understood how important the prom was to her. Chagrin Cleaners & Tailors does excellent work, and I am recommending them to everyone!!!
