Prices are reasonable, with a mani pedi with regular polish costing $60. The salon is accommodating, accepting walk-ins and seating parties together. While some customers may have minor issues, such as lingering polish on the skin, the technicians are attentive and try to get the customer's look right. With a relaxing atmosphere and speedy service, O Nail Spa is a great choice for nail care.
Accepted my walk in on a late Saturday afternoon. It's Monday and my acrylic has a hole in it. I had the lady Kim and she listened and tried getting my look right. It was the convince for me. Unsure if I would return due to the distance from my employer.
The nail tech did a dip manicure that was absolutely terrible. Had to as the nail tech to redo the job and even then it was not good. The shape of the nails were not symmetrical at all. Then the polish was not applied evenly so it was lumpy and thick on the tips. The polish/gel was not smooth for the French tip arch and under the nails. I have been getting my nails done for years and this was the worst job ever.If your looking for a regular manicure, polish or get they did just fine. I needed to get new acrylics and a pedicure prior to my bachelorette party. I’m new to the area, so this was my first time in. The ladies were very nice and I had a great experience in the salon. However, within two days my gel acrylic chipped and my toenail polish completely came off a few of my toes. I have never had my pedicure chip this quickly and I’m very disappointed especially because they are a little bit pricier. I’m not sure if I will be coming back unfortunately.
