When I dropped my baby off for surgery the staff noticed how upset I was leaving him. He has never been away from home overnight. A few hours later I got a text from a technician acting like it was from my dog saying everything is going great. I am calm and ready for surgery. The girls here are showing me all kinds of love. That just meant the world to me. I didn't realize my dog could text. LOL. He is doing great. Thank You so much.
I was amazed by the personal and professional service given by this Hillside Animal Hospital.Dr Fouts and staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped inside the door. The response our poodle had towards the staff says it all. She was calm and did not seem anxious with any staff member or Dr Fouts. He was very informative of her condition and explained treatment and outcome . I would recommend them to everyone in need of good quality pet care. They are a hidden treasure but easy to locate . You won’t be disappointed.
I moved to Clermont County recently and was looking for a new vet for my elderly cat.
