Mike, owner is AMAZING! My project was quite a success, with it being a large walk-out from my basement 6 foot doors with a 14x14 patio, paver floor and 6 foot stairs leaning up to my inground pool!!! AND IM VERY PARTICULAR AND PICKY 🫣 must say, Mike was also willing to work within my budget, to give me EVERYTHING I WANTED ❤️ Great guy and great company!
We contacted Foundation Builders to install an egress window. When we met with Mike for the job estimate, he was prepared to answer all of our questions regarding the project and cost. The job took approximately five days and there were no surprises. Mike's crew was very professional, knew their craft, and easy to talk to. The egress window was installed exactly as described. During the project, Mike kept us informed and was easy to reach if needed. Our finished project looks fantastic!
Mike is a nice guy to work with. Although I had to initiate update conversations, Mike was very helpful in providing details. He and his crew were accommodating to specific needs our project had. We had 3 egress windows installed and even after the first one was installed it changed the feel of the basement. The crew does a decent job protecting yard, but the nature of the project will require additional work(grading/landscaping) afterwards. Really happy with final results. 2 things wish were different. 1: amount of grading necessary was lightly explained in contract, I wish I would have gone to a site to see post install to understand degree of work necessary. 2: start to finish was 20 calendar days, but there were several rounds of stops and starts. If this was eliminated from the project it would have cut the time 50% at least.
