Abrams Restoration, LLC

Abrams Restoration, LLC is a locally owned and operated general contractor in Batavia, OH. The owner personally supervises every job, and the team is made up of proficient installers with no aggressive sales tactics. Customers report outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail, including cedar work, stone columns, soffit, and finishing touches on a new front porch that completely transformed the look of a home. The crew has helped maintain and repair a century home with skill and sensitivity to the original, completing many jobs inside and out. Reviews note honesty, with the owner telling customers when part of a job is unnecessary to save money and giving enough information to make informed decisions. Work has included plumbing, carpentry, a new deck, and roofing over several years. Customers describe the business as professional and courteous, with excellent work at a fair price, on-time arrival, and debris cleanup. Flooring was fixed and mold removed from a trailer, and new cabinets and a new islander were installed in a kitchen with good craftsmanship. A deck remodel involved taking an old wood deck down to the supports, handling repairs, and rebuilding it with Trex and black metal railings. Communication was very good, with the owner keeping customers in the loop and being upfront about unexpected delays. He helped with materials and colors without pushing, and the price was fair with solid quality. Customers would hire Abrams Restoration again and highly recommend the business.
