He listened to everything I was wanting and then went into detail about how to best accomplish them. When the work started on my covered front porch and new metal roof, of course I had questions, and Mike and his employees answered them fully without making me feel like I was stupid for asking or acting annoyed that I was bothering them. When the covered front porch and the metal roof were finished, they were exactly what I wanted and perfect!
