Dr. Baumer was great and personable and the optical technician (Shelby) was thorough and professional.
Kristen the optician is terrific at her job and provides a pleasurable customer experience.
Overall it has been a positive experience.

The staff and Drs. are very nice and do an excellent job. I’ve been going there for the last 5-6 years since needing cataract surgery. That surgery turned out very well without any complications.

Each step of the way beginning with walking through the doors.
All of the staff was friendly and pleasant. And seemed happy that I was there not once did. I feel I was a burden that seems to happen at a lot of different medical facilities but not there at Midwest.
