The several issues that I have had have always been handled quickly and fairly.There used to be a employee named Gloria, but she retired. A true customer service gem. Now dealing mostly with Heather and she is also a gem. Pleasant, polite and always smiling.
Excellent staff, reasonable prices. I've had a lot of chop-job haircuts and butchered eyebrows over the years, but here I am never disappointed. They always do a wonderful job. Very highly recommended.
