Stack Heating, Cooling & Plumbing recently installed a new sump pump with battery backup and a whole-house humidifier for us, and the experience was excellent. They gave me a 10 to 2 window, and I assumed that meant they would arrive sometime in that range and the installation time would vary. Instead, they showed up right at 10:05 and wrapped up by 1:55, very efficient.
The installation went smoothly, the work was clean, and everything looks great, exactly how I wanted it done. The team also caught a leak in my hot water tank that I had not even noticed and fixed it on the spot. They were easy to work with, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work.

GET STACKED! JEREMY DID THE QUOTE HE WAS SPOT ON THE GUY SHOWED UP EARLY FOR THE JOB. THEY GOT IT DONE EARLY AND THEY WERE CLEAN AND NICE AND IT LOOKS AMAZING. I SHOULD’VE DONE A LONG TIME AGO. THE REASON I PICKED STACK IS BECAUSE THEY LIVE AND BREATHE OUR COMMUNITY
Annual inspection. Great communication from the home office regarding Scheduling. Technician showed up early and called when he was going to be a tad bit delayed. Great service, including pictures of things I can fix at my earliest convenience. These guys are good!
