I had a lady named Onika do my hair and now I have officially found my forever stylist! She went above and beyond with my hair and exceeded all my expectations. I had to run back in to give a bigger tip due to how happy I was with the outcome of my haircut! I 100% recommend this location, they’re very sweet and listen to every detail and will have a wonderful conversation with you while working so perfectly on your hair!

Our first visit was very nice. Today we went to try again. Caution, they are a little disorganized. We were there when they said they would open, store closed and no one was in there. We waited a while, saw someone come flying and rushed to open up shop as we drove by. Even if we stayed, it would have been another 15-20 minutes for them to set up. Again, nice people; but when you have little free time and can't waste it; you need someone you can count on. It also doesn't help that we found an amazing barber in North Olmsted on our way yo next TO DO errand on the list.

Stylists take notes of preferences and do an exceptional job on the hair, offer advice on products tailored to your wants and do not pressure sell. System of check-in allows for abuse, though, second to sign in but because another person was quicker I had to wait twenty minutes longer.
