I am so pleased that I chose to work with Distinctive Metal Roofing. I knew I wanted a standing seam metal roof that would last forever and I preferred a company that specialized in same. After interviewing a few places I spoke with Bruce. He showed me samples of the high quality materials they would use, seam styles, color options, flashing and underlay choices, photos and addresses of prior installs, etc. and spoke with me in depth about what he might suggest for my roof and why.

In April 2025 I had a standing seam metal roof installed on our ranch house. This was a big project, since ranches have large square footage roofs. In addition to tearing off the old roof, the wood decking was extremely rotted. There was no ventilation in the attic, and soffits had been covered with wood during the previous roof installation. We had just purchased the house and so Gary helped us discover some of the problems the previous owners left us with. We didn't know how bad the rot was until the shingles were removed.
