I have been going to this dental office since 2019, and loved it. Then, in 2022 they changed billing services, I suddenly received a bill for 2020 and 2021 that were over 300 dollars. I called the office multiple times as I have been going there for routine cleanings for 2 years after the dates of the bills. Everytime I called they said someone would look into it. Then suddenly I am going into collections, and the new manager said she would take care of it. Whatever that means. So I go for my cleaning in Jan 2023, and there is a different staff entirely and new dentist. I was told I had a superficial filling and to come back a week later. BEWARE!! A MUST READ!!Dr. Voier will leave you toothless and with decay under crowns for months!!!I sadly have to write a bad review on Dr. Douglas Voiers. He was my dentist for 3 years while my Husband serviced for the Government in Ohio. He was wonderful at the time and proposed a treatment plan for several crowns. I accepted treatment and had several issues with one crown. The gum around the crown was irritated, bleeding, and was just unhappy. Come to find out after several visits and x-rays there was cement under my gums. Finally, they got cement out after a lot of pain and the crown seem to be fine.
