I'm a Florida resident and was visiting family here in Avon. I fell asleep with my contacts in and after wearing them 14 hours the day prior! I couldn't get the one contact out of my right eye. The office staff was so nice to fit me in when I arrived at 2:30 on 12/28. Highly recommend them!!!

My first time visit was highly satisfying. The providers were extremely and highly knowledgeable, took time to hear any concerns I had and explained in a way I could easily understand. The entire staff were exceptional in their services. I would highly recommend this provider! Thank you for an awesome first time experience! And I Love Dr. J. Killian in all her expertise! Wonderful team here! So often this isn’t the case.The doctor is excellent; very thorough & knowledgeable. She is 100% invested in her clients, their wellbeing, and of course eye health. She actually greets clients with a warmth I find increasingly rare in the medical field. Her staff are a wealth of information and support, particularly Michael. .And the front-facing staff!?A true pleasure walking into a health care business where people actually enjoy their coworkers. This translates 100% to feeling welcomed as a client.
