We worked with Melissa at Busch Funeral home in Avon. She was wonderful. The process was very easy and she did everything that I asked for and more. All of the details were nipped and tucked. We had a beautiful service and viewing. Thank you to the Busch Family.
Very understanding during a very upsetting time. Did not feel rushed. Understood emotional needs as well. Took all requests seriously and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions.
