I felt very well cared for by Dr Troy and the staff at Avon Dental Care. I went in for a second opinion and was very happy with his approach and the end result. I felt that Dr. Troy and his staff were mindful of both the quality of their work and their patient care. Since this visit, I have gone in for a cleaning and saw Dr Hughes and the hygienist. I was very impressed with their patience and care. They have flexible payment options, as well! I highly recommend giving them a try.
All the staff whether they are the receptionists, hygienists, or dentists are all very kind, compassionate, and professional. I was very impressed with my initial appointment which included a comprehensive exam, that even took into account my history of migraines. Each of my teeth were scanned in a painless process where they identified any past dental work, such as fillings. To mention some names: Diana, the receptionist, is a sweetheart. Carrie, my hygienist, is very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hughes and Dr. Steinhilbur (Dr. Troy) are both wonderful dentists. They each take the time to answer any of your questions and explain things indepth and at your level of knowledge. I highly recommended this practice! Oh, plus I won a grill there through a raffle they did! How many people can say they won a grill at their dentist!? 😁
