“I was referred to Don and couldn’t be happier. For the past couple of years, he has consistently provided excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and offers thoughtful recommendations. He is trustworthy and genuinely cares about his clients. I am thankful for his work and would highly recommend Don.”
“Working with this CPA team has been an absolute game changer for me as a real estate investor.
As someone who’s still growing and scaling, I had a ton of questions—honestly probably more than most clients—and Jake never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He took the time to break everything down in a way that actually made sense, from tax strategy to how everything ties into my real estate business.
What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was. Instead of just giving quick answers, Jake made sure I understood the “why” behind everything. That gave me a lot more confidence moving forward, especially making bigger financial decisions.
It’s rare to find someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about helping you understand and grow. If you’re a real estate investor—new or experienced—I can’t recommend Jake and this CPA team enough.
Looking forward to continuing to work together as the portfolio grows”
