The overall level of service was an excellent 5 stars plus! I have a 30 year old home that needed chimney flashing repairs and an attic fan replacement. Looked at 3 companies for these repairs. New Castle Roofing was the most responsive. I was amazed at how smoothly and quickly the process was. From quote to getting me on the schedule to completion was only about 10 working days. Highly recommend this company for roofing!
Dave and his crew are unbelievably efficient, punctual, and accurate in their work. We recently had a roof replaced with a 50 year shingle and within two days the job was complete. They buttoned up everything and cleaned up after themselves. Further, they rebuilt a back porch overhang that was original to the house, over 100 years old. It was in really bad shape. After pulling it down they realized that it was barely supported and was an absolute hazard. Again Dave and his crew did a bang up job of rebuilding the deck, can't bring it into the existing house beams, and even making it larger so that more than one person could sit on it.
