Kristen is a master at her skills. She is always polite and I look forward to our visits. She is very knowledgeable in skin care and she keeps me looking young. I was looking for a way to remove unwanted hair without shaving every day. A few visits to see Kristen and I no longer need to shave those areas. Give her a call. She's the best!!!!

Kristen is a true professional. She is kind, honest and wonderful to work with. I am working on reducing facial hair and I go every 2-3 weeks to eliminate the hairs that grow on different cycles. Electrolysis works on dark hairs as well as gray hairs and after meeting with Kristen the first time, we decided this was the best treatment for me. There has been a dramatic improvement in the number of hairs on my face. As a result, my skin is also clearer since I used to suffer from acne related to plucking the hairs on my face. My eyebrows look amazing ALL THE TIME. I haven't plucked any hairs on my face in 3 years. It is worth the time and investment.

Kris is THE BEST Cosmetic Therapist in Northeast Ohio. I can't say enough amazing things about her. The services she offers are: Laser hair reduction (not 100% permanent), Electrolysis (permanent) , Botox and fillers, Diamond Microdermabrasion, LED light therapy and Facials. I give such a high recommendation because Kris is very talented and has high quality equipment (her laser is one A list celebrities use). Also she is extremely honest.
