“I have to make a professional recommendation to anyone who is in need of an immediate alignment or is experiencing any type of physical pain from a recent injury to your back, spine or hips!Recently, I lost my footing and fell pretty hard on my side. I could hardly walk the next day after when I felt my entire lower back shift. I called Dr. Brad whom I haven’t seen in 10 years & he waited after hours for me to get off work making my commute from Cleveland to Avon Lake. He was amazing! Dr. Brad is extremely professional & knew exactly where the source of my pain was coming from and the necessary excercises I needed to correct the problem. After about 15 minutes of his regimen I was able to walk a straight line & sit and stand from a chair. He then took the initiative to adjust my spine back into place. This is the second time I’ve needed the expertise of Dr. Brad’s assistance.I couldn’t believe he remembered my case from 10 years ago when I was a nanny for a local family. Having to carry a six month year old sweet baby boy up 30 stairs everyday forced my spine out of alignment and I couldn’t feel my left leg when I woke up one day. Dr. Brad saw me immediately and after three visits I was back in alignment. I absolutely recommend him to anyone who is really in need of physical pain relief!“

When I do leg day, I do RDL’s, but one of the days I did it differently, and I actually ended up hurting my lower back - of where the pain would be at with this workout. I found good ratings at the North Olmsted location for Dr. Steven Papandreas. I called about my insurance to see if they accepted it and they said they did, but during my second visit I was told the kind I had they actually did not (which was my bad on my part, because even though they accept Medicaid I guess the kind I had they did not). Dr. Steven told me to not worry about it, (which I would never expect because I was just going to find somewhere else that accepted the kind of insurance I had) and that he cares more about getting my back better in shape to what it was before - so I had a few more sessions with him. He adjusts my back in the appointments and even though it’s quick and easy - it is still his time. He knows his stuff and not only that, but he is caring about his clients and wants them to get better regardless of the situation. He was very understanding and wanting to help my back to get what it was before I injured my back. I highly recommend going to this location in North Olmsted, OH. The staff at the front desk are kind and attentive as well!!Also, they are so flexible I never been somewhere where you can get in the same day or even have to change the time for your appointment. I love places like this because life happens and sometimes things pop up, but even though I never had to cancel it’s nice to know I can most likely do same day appointment.“
