We took our 43 y o parrot in to see Dr. Kruptka for what seemed like an upper respiratory problem. We paid “Day of service” amount which was very reasonable. Dr. Kruptka was incredible! He diagnosed the problem immediately. He was kind, considerate, and very confident when handling our old bird. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. Thank you ever so much!
Back in May my rooster was unfortunately attacked by a loose dog. ALAC was able to get me in within a day of the attack for emergency surgery on my boy. If it wasn’t for Dr. Krupka and his knowledge and familiarity with farm animals, he would have not made it. Coe and I are very grateful for his second chance at life!! Tomorrow my bunny will be seen for the first time here, too.
I brought my dog to Avon lake animal clinic after she had an accident and needed some teeth extracted. They were able to get her scheduled for surgery quickly and the cost was less than the vet she had previously been going to (who couldn’t get her scheduled for over a month). Dr. Roll has been wonderful! She explained in detail the entire surgery and has been compassionate and thorough throughout the entire process. We will continue with Avon Lake Animal Clinic and Dr. Roll as her regular veterinary clinic moving forward. Very happy w our experience!
