I took my chihuahua shnoodle here for the first time today, with long matted hair. She is aggressive and has been turned down from other groomers, but they were able to sedate her and handle her with ease. They did a fantastic job cutting her hair. She came home a whole new dog. Will definitely recommend to people I know.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would! Dr Krupka and team are the best exotic pet team around. We absolutely love this place. We are always treated with care, knowledge, empathy, and consideration.

I just want to thank the staff for their compassion and kindness. We had to make the very difficult decision to put our old girl down and they were so attentive and supportive. I have had bad experiences years ago at other vets where they put my cat in a garbage bag for me to take her home to bury her. Here however, they gave us a proper, sturdy box for her burial. They even wrote her name on her doggy “coffin” all pretty. Gave us all the time we needed with her to say goodbye. My family thanks you all ?
