We have worked with Mr. Beverage a few times over the years and have always been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge base, thorough inspections and detailed reports. He consistently took his time with his inspections and creating reports, answering questions as they arose, and breaking down information so that we were fully informed. His reports also included pictures which really helped us when we were trying to quickly acquire estimates from contractors. I have been recommending Bob with All American Inspections for years. Why? He is very methodic and organized with his inspections. Not only is he much more thorough than other inspectors I have had experience with, but he also wastes no time. When reviewing the inspection report, he will take the time to SHOW the client issues of the house in real time, but in a very non-alarmist and matter-of-fact way. I could go on, but sum it all up the guy knows what he is doing, and picks up the phone when you need him. 10/10 would recommend.
