I can not be happier with the service I received from this company. I worked with Kyle and his guys to replace my jet pump with a submersible well pump. These guys are pros! very Knowledgeable. There were some unique issues that presented themselves through out this process, and these guys handled every hurdle efficiently and professionally. Communication with Kyle was 10/10. Any issue I had, he was quick to respond, and at my door same day or next day. So now all my well problems are solved, and for a fair price. I am very happy. I needed a second opinion regarding the quality of our well water and whether or not we needed a new well. Kyle came to our home within two days of my phone call to the company's office. He showed up when he promised he would and took his time during the service call. Kyle was extremely thorough in his water analysis and his explanation of what we needed to do to correct the problem with our water. I would highly recommend Max Herr Well Drilling & Pump.

I just got off the phone with Cory. I called his cell after Max Herr had closed for the day on Saturday. I told him I had very low water pressure in the house. Rather than stop by for a service charge, he helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone - it was a clogged whole house filter. GREAT customer service Cory - Thank You!!
