About Aurora School of Music
Aurora School of Music offers a variety of music lessons for students of all ages, from children to adults. The school is praised for its excellent teachers, such as Miss Stephanie and Marley, who provide engaging and effective instruction. Many parents and adult students appreciate the flexibility in scheduling lessons and the wide range of instruments available to learn. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the school's administrative practices, particularly regarding payment and communication. There have been instances where the front desk was unattended during operating hours, causing delays for those looking to pay tuition or seek assistance. Despite these concerns, many families have enjoyed long-term lessons and recommend the school for its quality of teaching and supportive staff. Overall, Aurora School of Music is recognized as a solid choice for music education, though improvements in customer service could enhance the experience further.
Reviews
The teachers are all high-caliber Music professionals, a big thumbs up. Ms. Vera is so approachable and accommodating as well as the front desk staff. The facility is clean and with new musical instruments. My child started going to ASM since 2013. We are so happy to see how she learn, grow and getting better in playing piano. We are so blessed to have Mrs. Ruth Logan as her teacher for 6years now, she always find ways to show the best version of her students in playing piano.
