LOOK NO FURTHER. The service provided by Gary at G.Kaufman’s could not have been better. A valuable item made its way into our septic tank and most company’s we contacted wouldn’t even try to help us retrieve it. Gary immediately stated, “If it is in there, I will find it.” After returning to our home three separate times, with a different method to try each time, Gary found it! Just like he said he would. You will not find better customer service or technical abilities anywhere. They are professional and knowledgeable and exceed expectations every step of the way. We will be using them for all of our septic needs!
